About Dotsight
Every other creative surface has been reinvented in the last decade. Editing, graphics, distribution, post production. All of it. And yet the room where live shows are actually made still looks almost exactly like it did in 2000.
Dotsight is being built by a small team that has spent careers inside those rooms and building AI systems for scale. We know what they cost, what they miss, and what a small crew with the right tools could actually pull off, from a Tier 1 broadcast to creator weekly streams.
Why now
The technology is finally here. We pulled together deep production expertise with the new wave of video AI, and the combination solves what control rooms have struggled with for decades. Something neither side could have built alone.

Leadership
15+ years working inside major broadcast control rooms as an Executive, Director, and Operator. Has spent that time fighting legacy hardware and systems that have not changed in two decades. Believes the next generation of live production is intelligence leading to outcomes.
Spent a decade leading applied AI and engineering teams. Currently advises early-stage companies on applied AI, system architecture, and production-scale deployment, and serves as Adjunct Assistant Professor of Computer Science at UT Austin. Previously Chief AI Officer, CTO, and VP of Engineering at venture-backed startups, and a researcher at OpenAI working on applied AI systems. Holds graduate degrees from Stanford and UT Austin, with 10+ years of combined industry and applied-AI research experience.
